Trace Walker is a local Chattanoogan and McCallie School graduate. Following high school, he stayed in town and played football at UTC. Trace graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga College of Business, where obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
Having grown up in the Chattanooga area, Trace has been able to watch the market evolve over the years. He has led Fletcher Bright Realty transaction volume every year since 2016. And in 2020, Trace led the company in both transaction volume and number of individual transactions. Trace has successfully listed and sold many well-known commercial properties in and around the Chattanooga region. As an Affiliate Broker with over 6 years of experience, his specialties include being a Listing and Buyer’s Agent, Consulting, Commercial Real Estate and Property Management.
Licensed in the states of Tennessee and Georgia, Trace is a local expert in real estate who assists buyers and sellers of the finest residential and commercial properties. In his free time, Trace enjoys watching football and spending time with his wife and two children.

Tenant Representation
Trace Walker works with clients to understand their business objectives in order to assist them in rolling out a real estate strategy to address their immediate and long term needs.
Property Management
We presently own and/or manage 103 shopping centers in 13 states, primarily in the Southeast, that range in size from 6,400 to 345,856 square feet, for a total portfolio of approximately 7,000,000 square feet.
Leasing
For each project, the leasing strategy includes an analysis of the local market to determine current market conditions, which includes a breakdown of competition, comparative rent levels and retail needs missing from each market. This information, combined with a full demographic analysis, helps us develop an individualized leasing plan for each of our properties.
Once a leasing strategy has been agreed upon, we pursue the prospective tenants through the various marketing avenues available. These include utilizing our personal contacts with the retailers, broker contacts, and email blasts, as well as posting each project with the appropriate listing services.
Our goal for all of the assets we lease is to produce the best tenant match for the property, which will increase the viability and long-term value of each of the clients.
Development services
Over the last 35 years, Our parent company has developed in excess of 100 new retail shopping centers. These projects have ranged in size from a single tenant project to power centers of more than 600,000 square feet. With over 100 years of collective experience, our development team has done business with virtually every national and regional retailer and has the experience and vision necessary to oversee the development process from conception to grand opening. With the ability to make decisions quickly, we are poised to capitalize on opportunities as they are presented.
